M&M Certified Welding Co. is a locally owned custom fabrication and welding repair shop located in Macedonia, OH. We perform a vast array of welding projects around the Northeast Ohio Area. M&M is seeking a well rounded welder / fabricator to fill an immediate position.

M&M Certified Welding Co. Is a locally owned custom fabrication and welding repair shop located in Macedonia, OH. We perform a vast array of welding projects around the Northeast Ohio Area. M&M is seeking a well rounded welder / fabricator to fill an immediate position.
Applicants must posses the following:
- 3-5 years welding / fabrication experience
- GMAW, GTAW or SMAW certifications
- Positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast paced / ever changing environment
- Willing to work in the field
- Basic power and hand tool skills
- Solid references
- Viable means of transportation
Pay
M&M is looking for self motivated people who are interested in making money based on their performance. If you are hired we will start you out a fair hourly rate based on your experience. After 90 days you will then be made eligible for are performance based incentive program. This program will allow you to make extra money on top of your hourly rate based on your performance of every job. Full benefits and yearly bonuses also available.
